Originally placed on the altar of the Malvasia Chapel in the church of Sant’Agnese, this altarpiece was flanked by two side panels depicting Saint George and Saint Lawrence. Featuring a solid compositional structure and a sharply defined style, the painting reflects the artist’s full expressive maturity and is attributed to the third decade of the 17th century.
